This Samsung TV had the problem of occasionally being slow to turn on.  Full model number is LN32A450C1DXZC.  Opening up the back and inspecting the power supply found three bulged capacitors.  Values were 680uF/35V, 680uF/25V and 470uF/25V.  These were all replaced and the TV showed no more problems after the repair.
